I have a Sony a390 DSLR camera and my original lens that came with the camera is getting dust and other particles in it from switching to my zoom lens. I need to know how to clean it properly. I also want to know id there is a way you can clean the mirrors inside the actual camera when you have the lens off.

Answer
DO NOT touch the inside of your camera! Take it to a professional to get the inside cleaned. You can end up completely ruining your camera if you do it wrong yourself.

For the outside, I suggest you buy a camera cleaning kit. You can but them very cheap on ebay. It should tell you how to use it on the back of the pack too.

Which lenses should I get for my first DSLR?

I am planning on getting my first DSLR camera in the next couple months. I have a lot of experience taking video and have also studied a little photography. I am thinkin of getting the Nikon D3200 because of it's price and ability to film in 60 fps. I was wondering which lenses to start out with. I would most likely buy the lenses separately. I mostly take video, but also like taking pictures of nature and architecture.

My question is, which lenses do you think are most essential for a DSLR? (for example: 18-55mm, 50mm f1.8, zoom lens, telephoto etc.)
I have a relatively small budget, so nothing too expensive. Thanks! :D
Thanks for the answers guys, and I know that it only does 60 fps at 720 but I really need the fps for doing super slow motion

Answer
If you have a lot of experience, as you say, then you should know by now that you can't "film" with a digital camera... shoot video yes but not film.

I'd suggest the kit lens to start. Since you admittedly have no experience with full controllable cameras it's best to start out with a single lens. Once you learn how to properly, easily and quickly operate both camera and lens there's no point in having extra lenses that you don't know how to operate... is there.

The 50mm is a good lens but again, do you know how to properly operate it for best results?
