Beginner DSLR camera?

Braelyn

I like to take sports pictures, so preferably 5fps or more. Under $1000. Great quality.

Thank you

Answer
You can get 4.5-5.3fps DSLRs below $1000. Canon EOS T4i, 60D, Nikon D5100 and D90.

Out of these, the T4i is the best for price/performance. All have great, same quality.

Smaller DSLR cameras?

Bella

I love the quality of the images and versatility of these cameras, but the bulkiness . . . ehh, not so much. Does anyone know of some DSLR cams on the smaller side? I'm realistic & not expecting it to be as small as a point and shoot camera, but for me the smaller the better.
Thanks in advance!

Answer
Hey,

Small DSLRs that I recommend;
- Canon EOS XS
- Canon EOS XSi
- Canon EOS T1i
- Canon EOS T2i

- Nikon D3000
- Nikon D3100
- Nikon D5000

Lower models also weigh less.

All have the same quality, D31000, D5000 and T2i have the least noise when at ISO 800+.
