Do the megapixel apps actuallly work and improve iphone/ ipod camera quality?

On the app store i saw this app called: 7 megapixel camera + zoom . there's even 12 megapixels,
do those apps make a difference to the camera quality even on Ipod Touch?

You cant improve your megapixels by just installing software. They are a scam don't pay any money for them.

you don't need that particular software to download your pictures.
google has picasa software.
or any of the camera sites have free software downloads.
