These are bridge cameras, and both are worthless junk.

Only Sony's A-series, Nikon's Dxxxx/xxx/xx/x - series, Canon's Rebel - and xxD series, Olympus' Evolt series, and Pentax K-r/K-30 and K-5 are DSLRs (reflex mirror, look it up).

GE are one of the worst brands in photographic history and HP aren't much better - neither makes DSLR cameras and only liars and morons tell you different.

Fujifilm own the bridge camera market, but Panasonic (Lumix) are also worth a look - don't touch anything else.

Hi, I need a camera with good quality preferably Canon, Nikon or Kodak. It needs to be in a price range around 100-300, nothing more. It also needs to have good quality for video.
