Which is better Flip UltraHD video or just getting a iPod Touch?

I heard many great things about bought at night and day but my concern is because i'm going to disneyland soon i want to be able to record both night and day on my trip :( so which would you consider to be better?

There is nothing on the iTouch 4g that will let you record at night, buhh overall it's much better b/c the apps it's basically like. A laptop and the retina display is really good, buhh if you really focused on the recording aspect I say get the Flip Ultra tha iTouch 4g camera is 8 Megapixels soo they quality wnt be a major difference

does the iphone 4 and itouch have the same two cameras?or are they different in MP?

i looked everywhere on the website but could not find any thing that specifically said they were the same but in the photos they kinda looked the same

The Iphone 4 Has A 5 Megapixel Rear Camera. The Ipod Touch 4G Has A 0.7 Megapixel Rear Camera(That Sucks). The Front Facing Camera Is 0.3 Megapixels For Both. People Have Become Really Upset, It Might As Well Not Have One At All. People Should Just Keep Using The Camera On Their Phones. Apple Sucks!
