What is different about the IPhone 4 and the IPhone 4s?

Since the IPhone 4s got cheaper since the IPhone 5 came out, I can get one. But the regular Iphone 4 is even cheaper than the 4s, and I want to get that. Is there a difference between them? Does the Iphone 4 have Siri? Or is that just the Iphone 4s and 5?

Is the camera better than the iphone 4s?

I'm not exactly sure how many megapixels the main camera on the ipad2 has, something like just 1 megapixel.

All I can say is that it is completely rubbish. So forget it if you want to take half decent pictures.
The front facing camera is 0.3 megapixel and is only really for face detection etc.

The back camera, however bad for photos is actually half decent at 720p video.
