How many pictures will a 2GB memory card hold on a 3.2 megapixel camera on a phone?

Hello. I am about to get a new phone, and I don't want to lose all of my pictures. I have the env Touch, which is a 3.2 megapixel camera. I need to be able to hold a lot of pictures, I only have about 200 or so now, but on my new phone I'll be taking tons of pictures. Please help! Thanks.

It depends on the size of image the phone creates. It will be a lot, but it's impossible to tell without more specs.

You won't have to worry about losing anything if you back them up once in a while. The phone should be USB capable...plug it into your computer and copy the images to your hard disk, and then maybe back them up from there to a CD. Backing things up is simple. There's no excuse for losing anything.

How many megapixels would you consider a good camera-phone?

For a camera phone, 2 megapixels is on the high end.

But the problem is that there's a lot more than megapixels that go into making a quality image.

Camera phones are not good picture makers. They're okay for a quick snapshot of something, but you'd never want to make a print or frame and display a photo from a camera phone. The problem is many-fold: poor lens quality, poor light sensitivity, non-existent picture modes.

My biased recommendation: Buy a phone to make phone calls, and a camera to take photos.

Is there a 5 megapixel or better camera phone compatible with Verizon?

Are there any 5MP or better camera phones that will work with the Verizon network? The best I've been able to find is the 3.0MP FlipShot, but I want something comparable to a real camera (like many T-Mobile phones).

i have the dare, and it is 3.2 mega pixels... honestly i think it is even clearer then my nikon digital camera

I have a 3.2 megapixel camera on my phone,but when i take pictures..everyone's faces seem to be very pink in colour,when in reality its olive, is their any software that can imrpove the colour (like the colour you seen on a webcam) or make it brighter?
adjusting the camera settings doesen't make a differnece/

There are some softwares for that problem Boyboy, but you need to identify your camera - brand and model for you to find suitable program for you..
However, this may come handy:

I usually lets my camera adjust to the temperature and brightness of the place before using it for 15 minutes. It stays there focused and after 15 minutes its ready for picture perfect..

I don't know if it applies to all....
