What's the best cheap DSLR Camera for photography?

I'm looking for a good professional DSLR Camera for photography ( such as landscapes, people, animals, close-up shots and so on). I'm planning on buying Nikon D3200, as it seems to have quite good specifications, not to mention the 24MP CMOS sensor and cheap price.
Are there any other suggestions? (Preferably Nikon or Canon + outrageous level of detail)

@ AVDADDY - Alot of people ask what the best DSLR for video is, so I believe the OP was trying to clarify.

The D3200 is an excellent camera with great I.Q. and features. It is not a professional model though. It is not built to withstand the abuse pro cameras will inevitably be subjected to. For the average user it will be fine.

The pixel count should not be the main criteria when looking for a camera. More pixels are handy if you crop a lot. Image quality depends more on the sensor and lens (and the photographer, of course!) Packing a bunch of pixels on a small P&S sensor actually degrades performance especially at higher ISO. So a 12 MP dSLR is superior to a 24MP P&S or bridge camera. Most people probably don't need over 10-12 megapixels, which was a ridiculously large pixel count just a few years ago.
