S4: Productivity wise the S4 is superior with true multitasking capability. You are also able to open two different applications at the same time on one screen, eg. Gmail and Internet browser. It has a larger screen which makes reading documents and PDF's on the go a lot easier. The S4 also has a memory card slot that can be used to store additional data that will not be lost when and if you have to reformat your phone. Data can be very important to business users and you may not always have a large mobile data bundle to sync your data to online servers. The camera of the S4 has a 13MP sensor so you will be able to take higher resolution images. The Android OS is far more versatile than the iOS 7, however this only matters if you actually use a smartphone and test its capability, it will not matter for users who only require basic web browser, camera and call/message functionality. You also have access to the battery which means you can purchase a second battery and keep it charged and swap it over when your current battery starts to go flat.
iPhone 5S: The iPhone 5S is arguably more aesthetically pleasing and provides you a brand name phone. The build quality is better and it looks more expensive. People are also widely aware that the price point of the iPhone is higher than that of the S4 which makes it a status symbol of sorts..until you meet someone with a Vertu. :P The dimensions of the iPhone are smaller than that of the S4 and are more suitable for users who prefer a more compact but current smartphone. It is also 18 grams lighter which may be a factor.
These are some of the factors to consider, refer to the sources I have listed below for more information. I would personally go for the S4 as it suits my needs better. Don't listen to the fanboys(both Android and Apple) who simply assert one is much better than the other. They are both comparable and have their merits and demerits.
Good luck!

What phone would be good to use for a Great amount of Megapixels in HD camera technology?
Thomas
Currently, I'm talking about the best phone technologies Today in Pacific Standard Time, I don't care what company it comes from. All I'm looking for is a list of the best tech for under 5k, with many megapixels(Looking for +19) in present United States Pacific Standard Time for a super-useful HD camera/video w/video and Flash. Can you help me find one for excessive camera use, fast connection (especially at least 4G), and maximum battery life? Thank you for your knowledge whoever answers knowingly...

19+ megapixles in a phone? Not sure if you'll find that. However, I just read Nokia's 808 has an apparent 41 megapixels? Seems almost outlandish to me, but then again I'm not really knowledgeable in the cameraphone department... There are a number of reviews you can check out though... Probably more helpful than this questions thread.
