Really the first digital camera to match film just came out. It is the Hasselblad H3D. Although it is a larger format than a 35mm, it is the closest yet to matching the old 35mm Kodachrome 25 emulsion.in sharpness and virtually no visible gain when enlarged to 20x30 inch prints
