I want to start making videos! my budget is not high, so i want a good basic camera but i have no idea what to get... Also i want to take pictures!

What is a good digital camera for the average person?

I am 16 so i do not need anything fancy. i do not want it to be a conon because that is what i have now and i do not like it. here is what i want ...

- under $200
- has a lot of memory
- takes semi long videos
- slim and not too bulky
- takes pictures quickly so it is easy to take action shots (mine takes about 6 seconds and it drives me nuts)
- easy to use
